and with the same email address that you have singed up for this site create an account with them, upload your own avatar with that website and it should appear in all your posts here.

On sign-up with the service specified in the top post you will receive an email that contains a link to your new account with them. Once you will fill out your information and further register the account, you will be able to upload a picture. There you will be able to choose a square part of the picture to use as your avatar, the picture size doesn't matter, the service will resize accordingly. Thus you will create an avatar, you will later need to select it for it to be used. You may build a library of them later on. It may take an hour or so to propagate to this site to be visible.
